Chef Andres’ family owns one of the most recognisable Medanese restaurants in Jakarta, Indonesia and he has now opened up Cin Yen in Sydney’s Kingsford near UNSW. Cin Yen serves up Indonesian Medanese food with a Chinese influence, such as the Three Kingdom Soup, Assam Curry Dishes and Steamed Whole Fish in Hong Kong Sauce.
